It was Verity's birthday and she was so excited, she always loved to party. You only had to ask her friends. But also it was on her last birthday she met her boyfriend Damien, she guessed he was going to surprise her somehow. He had been so quiet lately. She knew he was plotting something those secret phonecalls where he stopped abruptly whenever she walked into the room
She got the dress it was beautiful red with gold sequins, she got the shoes and all that girl stuff she didn't always dress up and when she did she really went to town, tonight was one she would remember
The party started at 7pm she was there ready to meet her guests they booked a room in a Stately home all very elegant the music was great food to die for but no Damien. Where was he 8pm passed then 9pm and suddenly at 10pm the doors opened and there he was while one minute previously Verity was all happy despite the absence of her boyfiend but now her face dropped, Damien was not alone for on his arm was Candice he didn't care for her it all hit her for six just there the secret phonecalls it all made sense now he was cheating on her and the bastard brings his bitch of a mistress to her Birthday Party.....
So filled with rage she walked up to them and punched both in the face... haha those boxing lessons her dad encouraged her to take paid off.
